The Heartbeat of the Hill Country

Live music, a kitchen that changes its mind every week, and seventy seats in the middle of nowhere. Thursday and Friday we cook a different cuisine — bought fresh, never off a truck. Thursday nights belong to songwriters who write their own songs; Fridays we book the room. There's a market inside too — paintings, jewelry, skin care, instruments — made by people who live close enough to deliver it themselves. Most people come for one thing and leave talking about another.
